Bogey Girl

My name is Karen, I’m a mother of 4 boys and an outdoor enthusiast from beautiful Oregon. I started my Bogey Girl disc golf journey a year ago in 2020 and the adventure so far has been amazing! Although I love those pars and birdies, I play a lot of bogey golf and that’s ok with me because fun is what it’s all about! I have a passion for uplifting and empowering women through fitness, disc golf and positive encouragement. At 45 years old I am finally getting my Associates degree because I believe that women can do anything, especially together! But when I’m not studying, you can find me somewhere outdoors on a mountain top, a disc golf course or on a river in my kayak. I’m excited to be a Empowered sponsored Catalyst for the 2021-2022 season and share this passion we all have for disc golf with the growing female disc golf community.
